That's why we are proud to donate a portion of every bag of coffee sold to charitable organizations that provide support to people in need throughout the Chicagoland area.
My
Story
I started this business out of a passion for roasting coffee for myself, family and friends. In the last 5 years, I have gone from roasting on a modified popcorn popper in my kitchen to spending everyday in my roastery perfecting the craft of micro roasts on a 5 kilo convection drum roaster.
Each coffee has its own unique characteristics (and challenges) and every roast can bring these characteristics to the forefront, creating complex and desirable flavors. My goal is to share these beautiful coffees from all over the world and help my local community while doing so. Chicago has such a wonderful coffee legacy and I hope to add to that in the future.
