The wait is over! For the first time in the short yet illustrious history of Everette's Coffee, we have roasted up a delicious ORGANIC coffee just for you. Our fifth roast in the Signature Series is a medium roast from Matagalpa, Nicaragua! 🇳🇮
Matagalpa’s lush highlands, which are 3,600-4,400 feet above sea level, offer fertile volcanic soils, steady rainfall and cool temperatures ideal for cultivating coffees with clarity and sweetness. This roast has tasting notes of almond, cane sugar, honeydew citrus and black tea.
Being organic, like any other farmed product, means it was grown without the use of chemical pesticides, synthetic fertilizers or GMOs. We know this is important to many of our customers, and so we're using this as an opportunity to collect feedback.
