Spice Up Your Steak with an Everette's Coffee Dry Rub

Need a little dinner inspo for the holidays?

A family friend of ours recently used Everette's Coffee as a dry rub in their tri-tip steak recipe, and we've got to say the results look incredible! We asked for some tips and photos to share with the world.

From the chef:

Grind the coffee beans very fine using a burr grinder

Mix with spices like salt, pepper, garlic and onion salt

Use only on red meat, not poultry

As to how you cook your steak, that's up to you. But over here, we were happy to see plenty of pink on the finished product. Voila! Dinner is served, and better than ever with an Everette's Coffee dry rub.
