Our fifth Signature Series roast! And our first Organic bean! This specialty Nicaraguan coffee is well-balanced with a traditional flavor profile, bright acidity, and a medium body. Coming from a collective of farms within Matagalpa's lush highlands that offer fertile volcanic soils, steady rainfall, and cool temperatures ideal for cultivating coffees with clarity and sweetness. Tasting notes of almond, cane sugar, honeydew citrus and black tea. Available in 12oz bags whole bean or ground.
